Wash Cold: Machine wash with like colors on a gentle cycle.
Air Dry: Hang to dry. Avoid the dryer to preserve the sublimation and stretch.
Protect Fabric: Avoid washing with items containing Velcro, such as boxing gloves, to prevent snagging.
